What is natdac?
natdac is an antiviral medicine that prevents hepatitis C virus (HCV) cells from multiplying in your body. Natdac is used to treat genotype 3 chronic hepatitis C in adults without cirrhosis. This medicine is given together with another drug called sofosbuvir. Natdac may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
What is natdac used for?
Treating chronic hepatitis price infections (genotype 1, 3 and 4) in adults with uncomplicated liver disease whose liver is still functioning correctly (compensated liver disease). Natdac may be used in people who have not yet received treatment for their hepatitis C, or for people whose disease has not improved with previous treatment. Natdac may be used in combination with sofosbuvir (Sovaldi), either with or without ribavirin (Rebetol), or with ribavirin plus peginterferon alfa (ViraferonPeg or Pegasys).

What happens if I miss a dose?
Take the missed natdac dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.

What should i while taking Natdac?
Taking natdac tab will not prevent you from passing hepatitis C to other people. Do not have unprotected sex or share razors or toothbrushes. Talk with your doctor about safe ways to prevent HCV transmission during sex. Sharing drug or medicine needles is never safe, even for a healthy person.
